As a new user, you may not see any distinct hair regrowth immediately. However, this is no reason to be discouraged. Minoxidil works
gradually, so you need to be sure to use it twice a day to achieve your desired results. Some new users may notice an increase in
hair loss immediately after starting use of Minoxidil. This is not a cause for worry--it is actually a sign that Minoxidil is working.
That's because Minoxidil works by enlarging the hair follicles, so sometimes Minoxidil helps users regrow their hair by first discarding
older, weaker hairs. If you do find yourself shedding hair longer than two to four weeks, please see your doctor.
While you are waiting for results, continue to style your hair as you normally would. If you apply Minoxidil after taking a shower,
try to let your hair air-dry, or set your hairdryer to a low cool setting after applying the solution.
For best results, Minoxidil For Men needs to be applied directly to the scalp every day, twice a day.

- Use to regrow hair on top of the scalp (vertex only, see pictures to the left).
Not intended for frontal baldness or receding hairline.
- It takes time to regrow hair. With Minoxidil Extra Strength for Men, results may
occur at 2 months with twice daily usage. For some
men, it may take at least 4 months for results to be seen.
- The amount of hair regrowth is
different for each person. Minoxidil Extra Strength for
Men will not work for all men.
- In clinical studies of mostly white men aged 18-49 years with moderate degrees of
hair loss, the following response to Minoxidil was reported: 26% of men reported moderate
to dense hair regrowth after using Minoxidil for 4 months (26% had moderate to dense regrowth;
33% had minimal regrowth). This compares with 11% of men reporting hair regrowth after
using the placebo, the liquid without Minoxidil in it, for 4 months (11% had moderate to dense
regrowth; 31% had minimal regrowth).
- If your amount of hair loss is more than that shown on the left, or your hair loss is on
the front of the scalp, Minoxidil for Men may not work.
- Continued use is necessary or
hair loss will begin again. If you do not see hair
regrowth in 4 months, stop use. In studies with
Minoxidil for Men, hair regrowth has not been
shown to last longer than 48 weeks of continuous treatment
in large clinical trials.
Do Not Use if You Are:
- a woman.
- not sure of the reason for your hair loss.
- under 18 years of age. Not for babies or children.
- using other medicines on the scalp.
Do Not Use if You Have:
- no family history of hair loss.
- sudden and / or patchy hair loss
- a red, inflamed, infected, irritated or painful scalp.
Stop Use and See A Doctor If You Get:
- chest pain, a rapid heartbeat, faintness, or dizziness.
- sudden, unexplained weight gain.
- swollen hands or feet
- scalp irritation that continues or worsens.
Directions:
- For External Use Only. For Use by men only.
- Apply 1 mL with dropper or sprayer (6 sprays) 2 times a day directly onto the scalp in
the hair loss area. Using more, or using more often
will not improve results. Do not apply on other parts of the body.
