Shipping Policy
|
minoxidil4less.com does not ship on Saturday or Sunday. Due to shipping restrictions we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Standard shipping via Airborne Express takes 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed before 1:00PM PST will ship the same day.
For our customers' protection, we require signatures upon delivery of all orders. If you are not going to be at the
address you give us, you will need to sign and leave the delivery waiver airborne leaves at your door. After 2 unanswered
delivery attempts, Ariborne will send the package back to us. At that point, we will attempt to contact you and see if
you would like us to resend the package (at additional cost) or refund you for the product purchase (shipping is not
refundable).
If you provide us with an incomplete or incorrect shipping address, we will charge you a $10 address correction fee. This
is what Airborne charges us (and is less than UPS's or FedEx's address correction fee) and we will have to charge you.
A quick note on shipping. minoxidil4less.com uses Airborne Express for a number of reasons, but here are the main two: One,
because it is insured (not like the 6 month wait period to try and get paid from the US Postal Service) and two, it
is trackable online and via phone 24 hours a day. We will know right away if Airborne has lost the package or delivered
it to the wrong address (rare) and we will ship you a replacement right away if Airborne or we are at fault. Trust us, you
are not going to find this from our competitors. Not to mention that it is against US Postal Service policy for people to
ship Rogaine via the US Postal Service. We know, they told us with a nice certified letter. If you have any

Privacy Policy

We realize that customers are concerned about how the information they provide on-line will be used.
We are committed to protecting your privacy and will use the information we collect about you to process
your order and provide a more personalized shopping experience. We do not sell or rent our list of
customers to anyone, period.
When placing an order, we ask you to provide information on-line including your name, mailing address,
e-mail address and credit card information. Information is sent from your computer to our server via a
highly secure 128bit encrypted connection (denoted by a yellow padlock in Internet Explorer or a key insude
of a blue rectangle in Netscape). Your information is safe with us.
We require valid daytime phone numbers for each order in case of any delivery problems. Again, we never
divulge any of our customers' information to anyone at any time, period.
We take every precaution to protect our clients' privacy, shipping all of our orders in plain brown boxes.
The return address on the outside of the box is from our parent company, GO Internet Sales, Inc. so as
not to alert anyone to what is inside.
To continuously assess the value of our on-line shopping experience, we may track the way customers
use our site; however, this information is analyzed only in the aggregate and not at the individual
level. To this end, the information you provide us will help us tailor our communications and product
offerings so that you receive more of what you want and less of what you don't want when shopping
with us. We do not sell or rent our list of customers to anyone.
With your permission, we may notify you from time to time of special offers and/or send you on-line
information that may be of interest to you.

Payment Policy
|
We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, and Discover Card. There will be no surcharge for the use of credit card.
Your card will be billed once the order is processed and ready to be shipped. Cashiers checks, money orders, company check
and personal checks are also accepted as means of payment. Please contact us at orders@minoxidil4less.com or at 858-490-6544 for ordering options.
When using your credit card be sure to provide you’re exact billing address and phone number your credit card has on file
on you. Incorrect information may cause a delay and/or cancellation of your order. For Cashier’s check and money order
payments, orders will be released immediately on receipt of the payment document by minoxidil4less.com. For company and
personal checks, orders will be shipping only after funds are released from your financial institution to minoxidil4less.com.
This could take up to 7 business days after receipt of payment by minoxidil4less.com. All checks returned unpaid will be
subject to a $25.00 fee charged to you. On orders being paid for by means other than credit card, availability of the
product might change while your payment is in transit or funds are being cleared and minoxidil4less.com cannot reserve or
guarantee continued availability.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of
your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. minoxidil4less.com reserves the
right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
minoxidil4less.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you,
to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All order placed over 50.00 must obtain pre
approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
We may require verifications or information before accepting any order.

Returns and Replacement Policy
|
No returns allowed on open product boxes or open products. This is for the your safety as well as the safety
or all of our customers. If you open the product box, it is yours. Return of non-defective products will be
subject to a 5% processing fee on cost. This is what our merchant bank charges us for credit card processing
and this is what we charge you. We do not charge a restocking fee on top of that as many of our competitors do.
Shipping charges are non refundable. Any damage to the original package will result in additional charges being
assessed to your account or possibly refusal of the return. Replacement product will be shipped out on receipt
of the returned product by minoxidil4less.com without additional shipping charges. Where appropriate, credit will
be given within one week of return of the product. Credit will calculate based on price of product on the date
the returned item was ordered. Customers wishing to return or replace any product after 30 days from date of
invoice must contact us first at orders@minoxidil4less.com.
minoxidil4less.com will have no liability after 30 days for the date of invoice.
In the unlikely event that we ship you the wrong product, we will need to receive the prodcut(s) we sent you,
before we can send you your order. We will arrange to have Airborne pick up the package from you at no cost. Please
contact us for more information.

Cancellation Policy
|
Should you wish to cancel an order, you must contact us before we ship to you. You may do so by sending an email
(before you have received a confirmation email that your order has shipped) to
orders@minoxidil4less.com or calling us at 858-490-6544 before you have received a confirmation email that your order
has shipped. In the event your order has already shipped, you can cancel your order for a refund minus any shipping costs
or other costs we may have incurred (normally only shipping costs will apply). In the event we have shipped the order and
you have not received an email confirmation due to your error on inputting your email address, shipping costs and any other
costs we incur will be deducted from your refund.
A 5% fee will also be charged to all refunds and returns once your order has been shipped or marked shipped. This is what
the bank charges us for processing and this is what we will charge you. Please understand we are not in business to lose
money.

Sales Tax Policy

Warranty Policy

Products purchased from minoxidil4less.com are bought directly from Pharmacia Corp. (the manufacturer of Rogaine and Progaine).
Our product is guaranteed to be 100% authentic and has the longest expiration dates available as we receive shipments of
product every week. Any problems arising from the use of rogaine should be directed to Pharmacia Corporations affairs help
line at 800-717-2824. Full manufacturer’s warranty and issues arising from the same must be taken up within directly with
the manufacturer.
